Editor's Note

I’m a bridesmaid in two back-to-back weddings this month, so I need to make sure I am well stocked for every type of panic-inducing emergency. Here’s what I’m packing in my day-of bag:

These must-have blister Band-Aids for those first and last on the dance floor.
Reusable boob tape and double-sided fashion tape, because most formal dresses are not bra-friendly.
Pepcid — your entire table will thank you later.
A stain-remover pen for when someone spills their drink during cocktail hour.

The Daily Steal

40% off at Gap’s Friends & Family sale

Ali here, Senior Commerce Director. I spent way too many years ignoring the color chocolate brown, and honestly, I feel regret about that. It’s a color that instantly upgrades an item, thanks to its rich hue and neutral-backed ability to pair with just about anything. So I’m using Gap’s 40% off Friends & Family sale to bolster my wardrobe with the it-color of the season.

We are starting to shop for the holidays

Prepare now, laugh later.

Who knew Advent calendars sell out so quickly? We didn’t.
Practical gifts people will unbox and use, not regift.
Comfy clothes that’ll get put on the day of, and maybe even worn to Christmas dinner.
Things you can treat yourself to for a dopamine boost.
