This September, online shopping with Mimco is getting a major glow-up. Our new website is almost here!

Most things will stay the same for our MIMCollective members, with just a few small changes to know about.

Got MIMCollective rewards waiting to be used? Good news — they’re coming with you! Unused rewards can’t be carried over to our new web platform. Instead, they’ll be reissued as a voucher for the same full value (with an extended expiry date), ready to spend on our new website or in store.

1. WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ANY UNUSED REWARDS:

• Your remaining rewards will be combined into one voucher equal to their full value, which you can use across multiple purchases until the balance has been spent.

• While our web fairies tinker away behind the scenes, your rewards balance will be temporarily unavailable to redeem — online and in store — for a short time early morning Mon‍day Sept‍ember 7. Don’t worry — we’re working hard to keep this downtime as short as possible!

• Your new voucher containing your full remaining reward balance will be issued via email on the same day and can be redeemed online or in store.

• Any new MIMCollective benefits issued from Mon‍day onwards will be sent to you via email, ready to use online or in store.

• Any eligible transactions will continue to count towards your tier status in the background. If you qualify for a new tier during this time, your tier welcome reward may take a little longer than usual to arrive while we complete our updates.

2. GOODBYE PASSWORDS, HELLO EASIER LOGINS!

How to sign in:

Select Sign In / Account on the website.

2. Enter your email
Enter the email address linked to your MIMCollective account.

3. Check your inbox
We’ll send you a one-time 6-digit verification code to your email.

4. Enter your code
Enter the 6-digit code on the website to verify your account.

5. Start shopping!
You’re in! You’ll be automatically signed into your account — happy shopping!

3. SIGNING IN WITH SHOP

MIMCollective members can also choose to ‘Sign in with Shop’ where available. If you already use Shop/Shop Pay, you can sign in using your Shop credentials or saved passkey instead of receiving an email verification code from us.

4. ACCESSING YOUR MIMCO WISHLIST

While we’re working on our site, your Mimco Wishlist will be temporarily unavailable to access. Curated the perfect picks? Make sure you note down your items now!
