Member Tier Rewards $0⁰⁰

Dear Chloe,

This October, Witchery is moving to a new website, one that reflects our evolution as a Style Authority and the experience we aim to deliver online.

While much will remain the same, there are a few important updates to your Witchery Rewards to be aware of.

Your existing rewards

Any Witchery Rewards remaining in your account will be consolidated into one voucher for the full value of your available balance, with an extended expiry date. Your new Loyalty Voucher can be used across multiple purchases, online or in-store, until the balance has been fully redeemed.

Your new Loyalty Voucher will be issued by email from 26 Oct‍ober, ready to use online or in-store and will be sent to the email address that has been provided on your account. Please ensure your details are up to date so that you can receive your voucher automatically.

If you haven’t received your voucher by 27 Oct‍ober, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat or SMS on 04‍88 8‍86 0‍52 for assistance.

A short period of downtime

To allow us to complete the transition, your existing Witchery Rewards will be temporarily unavailable to redeem from 4‍pm AE‍DT on 25 Oct‍ober while we complete the website transition.

If you log in to ‘My Account’ during this time, you may see a message advising that your Witchery Rewards are temporarily unavailable. This is expected while we complete the update, and no action is required.

Signing in to your Witchery account

As part of the website transition, signing in to your Witchery account will change to a passwordless process.

To sign in:

Select the sign-in icon on the Witchery website.

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Check your inbox for the sign-in email.

Follow the instructions in the email to verify your identity.

Once verified, you’ll be signed in to your account.

If you don’t receive the email, check your junk or spam folder and ensure you’ve entered the email address linked to your account.

Signing in with Shop

You may also be able to sign in using Shop, if you have a Shop account.
Select Sign in with Shop on the sign-in page and follow the prompts to continue.

Future rewards

Any new Witchery Rewards benefits issued from 26 Oct‍ober, including Birthday and Tier Welcome rewards, will be sent separately by email as individual discount codes, redeemable online or in-store.

Thank you for being part of Witchery. We look forward to welcoming you to our new online home.
