You worked hard enough this week. Let us plan your weekend…

It’s official: You can now see everything. That’s right, Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim’s documentary on Elizabeth Holmes is in theaters. The year’s most hyped doc (OK, movie) follows the king of mind-bending meta comedy as he moves in with the Theranos scammer, her partner, and their two young kids before she starts her federal prison sentence. The result? Critics are calling it “more shocking, twistier, thornier, and revealing than billed” and “the weirdest time you can have at the movies with your clothes on.” Some even think it could be the first doc nominated for Best Picture. TBD on that, but one thing’s certain: You’ll have to see it to believe it.

Sweater Weather is back, and these are the season’s biggest knitwear trends, from sweaters cosplaying as sweatshirts to actually groundbreaking florals. Pardon us while we live in No. 4.

Lasagna on a Friday? Or, let’s be real, any day? Laughable. Unless you try this three-ingredient hack, which gets dinner on the table in under 30 minutes and might be the most genius use of ravioli ever. No, really.

You’ve seen Kate Berlant steal scenes in approximately everything (think: Nobody Wants This, The Other Two). Now she gets the whole stage in her HBO comedy-special debut, Parmesan, which, despite the name, isn’t about cheese. Instead, she covers “sex, anesthesia, and Uncle Fester,” whether she’ll have kids (maybe, “as a joke”), and her future career (“robot shoeshine”) — all delivered with her singularly silly physicality and her stream-of-consciousness style. Best of all? A total of zero men offering Offensive Takes No One Asked For.

You’ve added shaggy rugs, cashmere throws, and woodsy candles — yet your home still isn’t as cozy as you’d like. The culprit? You’re probably breaking this one lighting rule, which has nothing to do with Bare Bulbs or Big Lights.

Psst... See what else is happening this weekend so you never miss a moment.

Millennials, the vote is yours: Which trend deserves to live in perpetuity?

Happy (almost) weekend. Maybe it’s motherhood, but these days I’m more about going with the flow than scheduling everything. My planner, which sits empty, is proof. So here’s what’s on the docket this weekend — depending on how my 5-month-old son is vibing:

Baking these Maple Cardamom Sticky Buns, described by The New York Times as “the chic older cousins of a classic cinnamon roll.” I have the ingredients, but will I have four hours? Maybe that box of Pillsbury brownie mix in my pantry will do…
Watching It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Apple TV is streaming it for free (no subscription required) on Saturday and Sunday, and my nieces and nephew may come over for a movie day. Spooky snacks included, obviously.
Planning a baby sprinkle. Not for me, but for my sister-in-law. I added these edible rose petals to my cart, and I’m debating these dried floral wax sachets as favors. (Getting a sense of the theme?) I’ll also shop our Moms Who Get It Awards winners for my SIL’s gift basket.
Restocking my skincare and makeup. I grabbed this EltaMD Tinted Face Sunscreen during Prime Big Deal Days. But a trip to Sephora is a must for Tatcha’s The Liquid Silk Canvas — aka the best primer I’ve used and the sole reason my concealer doesn’t disappear by end of day.
Playing with my son. If this is all that happens, I’ll be content. Right now, he loves this Melissa & Doug truck-and-car play set and this banana teething toy. Someone, stop me from buying more trinkets…
