Vitalii Dodonov left his senior engineering job to join a co-founder he had only recently met. Together, they turned Stan from a creator storefront into a company now at $40M ARR, reaching $3M in 18 months, $10M the next year, and $30M in year three with fewer than 30 people.

Stan Store was doing well early on, but customer feedback revealed that many creators had products to sell but not a large enough audience to buy them. So the team built Stanley, an AI content product that learns a user's voice and helps them grow.
