Brian Casel stopped trying to launch SaaS 🛠️

Brian Casel spent about 20 years starting and shutting down bootstrapped SaaS products. Eventually he gave up on that and started teaching people how to build with AI instead. His new thing, Builder Methods, is now pulling in mid-six figures a year.

The path is kind of funny. He just started posting his own AI-building process on YouTube. People kept asking the same questions, so he turned the answers into paid build kits, templates, and a membership. One of them, Build New, lets non-developers actually ship real Rails and React apps. Basically, he stopped fighting his own personality and built a business around being a teacher.
