From internal bug-reporting tool to 7-figure SaaS 🐛

Gleap started as a tool Lukas Böhler's agency never planned to sell. It helped clients report bugs with the screenshot, device data, and technical context that the agency's devs needed to fix them.

When clients began asking to use it themselves, Böhler had his signal. The tool eventually became a profitable, seven-figure SaaS.

Gleap has since grown from a bug-reporting tool into an AI-powered customer support and feedback platform.
