He Built a $9K Codex App Before OpenAI Did 📱

Emanuele Di Pietro built Remodex, a way to use Codex from your phone, in one or two sleep-deprived weeks. It hit $9K/month before OpenAI released its own Codex mobile app (dropping Remodex's revenue to $1.5K).

Remodex was always a temporary bet. Emanuele has built 10 iOS apps from his parents' house, and he's now betting on Synara, a free, open-source workspace for running coding agents in parallel without losing context.
