Anthony Pierri and his co-founder spent months posting on LinkedIn about half-baked offers before they felt the market pull toward "product positioning" and "homepages" for B2B software startups. They spun the idea out of their old agency, packaged it into a 2-week sprint, and now FletchPMM is doing $1.7M with $2M in sight. Just four full-time employees plus contractors.

FletchPMM is a consulting agency that helps companies with positioning. Anthony argues most software companies dilute themselves chasing too many audiences, so FletchPMM sells flat-rate sprints (priced $10k, $20k, or $30k based on client revenue) that deliver a positioning deck and a homepage wireframe with production-ready copy. The same playbook, oddly enough, is how he grew his side band to 130k monthly Spotify listeners.
