Dmytro Krasun failed over and over until he did what most founders won’t: he downgraded his ambition. Instead of chasing massive goals, he focused on small, achievable steps. That shift in mindset was the key to building ScreenshotOne, his screenshot API that’s now doing over $25k MRR.

ScreenshotOne is a straightforward tool for developers, but Dmytro’s journey was anything but. It took him two full years to realize who his actual customer was, and this discovery ended up changing much about how he markets, builds, and prices his product.

It works like this. A prospect Googles a specific content problem, finds a Growth Machine article that actually solves it, and now they're already sold. The agency just proved it can do the thing it charges money for. By the time that person reaches out, the sales call is practically a formality.
