Dear Chloe,

This month, we’re making some updates to the way you shop with Country Road and Trenery online.

Country Road will move to a new website platform from Mon‍day 5 Oct‍ober. Trenery's new website platform will launch from Mon‍day 12 Oct‍ober. As we make this transition, there will be a few changes to how you access your accounts and Rewards.

What happens to my remaining Rewards?
From Mon‍day 5 Oct‍ober, your Country Road Rewards and Trenery Rewards balances will be temporarily unavailable to access online. Your Rewards balances will be available once the new websites have launched, and you won’t lose any of your remaining Rewards.

The same day, we’ll email you one Loyalty Voucher for the full value of your remaining Rewards. You can use it across multiple purchases at Country Road and Trenery, in store and online, until the balance reaches $0 or the voucher expires.

Will my Wishlist items be saved?
Wishlists will also be temporarily unavailable during the transition. You will be able to use Wishlist again once the new Country Road and Trenery websites are live, but any previously saved styles will not carry across. If there are styles you’d like to keep track of, we recommend noting them down before the transition.

How will my Rewards work after the transition?
Any new Rewards you receive will be linked to the brand you purchased from and can only be redeemed with that same brand.

Any new Country Road benefits issued as vouchers will be sent separately by email from 5 Oct‍ober. New Trenery benefits will become available from 12 Oct‍ober.

Eligible purchases during the transition period will continue to count towards your Country Road tier or Trenery status. If you qualify for a new tier or status during this time, some benefits may take a little longer than usual to arrive.
