Country Road and Trenery have until now offered a joint Loyalty Program. From Sun‍day 4 Oct‍ober, each brand will move to separate Loyalty Programs to allow each brand to create a more dedicated membership experience for you.

What this means for you
Your Country Road membership will continue as it does today. From 4 Oct‍ober, only Country Road purchases will contribute to your Country Road membership spend balance. You can view the updated Terms and Conditions here.

If you have recently engaged with Country Road or Trenery, you will also automatically move to Trenery’s new Loyalty Program on Sun‍day 11 Oct‍ober. Until then, you may opt out of the Country Road/Trenery Loyalty Program through your existing account. From 11 Oct‍ober, you can manage each membership separately through your account for each brand.

For now, there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll be in touch next week with further information about the change and your Trenery membership.

Your current Rewards won't be lost
While your unused member rewards won’t carry over into Country Road’s or Trenery’s Loyalty Programs, we don’t want you to lose their value. Instead, you’ll be emailed a voucher for your full remaining Rewards balance around 4 Oct‍ober, which can be redeemed at either Country Road or Trenery in store or online. The applicable expiry date will be included with each voucher when it's issued.

What's coming for Trenery
The new Trenery Loyalty Program will launch from Sun‍day 11 Oct‍ober. If you have been moved to Trenery’s Loyalty Program, next week we’ll share more details of the Program, including updated Terms and Conditions.

If you don’t receive a further Loyalty Program email next week from Trenery, this means your membership has not been moved to Trenery’s Loyalty Program. If you’d like to join and access Trenery Loyalty benefits, you’re welcome to do so at any time via the Trenery website or in store.
